The Beach Club is a destination unto itself — five Gulf-front towers (Avalon, Doral, Bristol, Catalina, and Edgewater), plus stand-alone cottages and villas, all sharing a 26-acre resort campus with multiple pools, a full-service spa, restaurants, tennis, and even a bocce court. The location is quieter and more secluded than central Gulf Shores or Orange Beach — buyers come here when they want the beach without the crowds.
Each tower has its own personality. Avalon and Doral are the most amenity-rich; Edgewater is newer; Bristol and Catalina sit closer to the spa and tennis.
Strengths. Self-contained resort experience, broad price range, quieter beach, strong on-site rental program.
Watch-outs. 30+ minutes from Orange Beach restaurant scene. HOA dues vary significantly by tower. Some older towers have had elevator and exterior assessments — always pull recent HOA financials.
