The Building

Bay-front resort with a marina, lazy river, and water park.

Caribe Resort is a three-tower bay-front community (Towers A, B, and C) on Old River near Perdido Pass — perfect for owners who want boating, fishing, and sunset water views without the Gulf-front premium. The on-site marina, multiple pools, lazy river, and water-park slide make it one of the most family-friendly properties in Orange Beach.

Caribe units range from compact 1BRs (rare elsewhere on the coast) through penthouse 4BRs, so there's a price-point for almost every buyer.

The Honest Take

Pros & cons.

Strengths. Best amenity package per dollar in Orange Beach. Boat slips. Sunset views. Strong year-round rental.

Watch-outs. Bay-front, not Gulf-front — Gulf access is via beach shuttle. Different towers have different HOA dues and rental performance; ask before you compare unit prices across towers.
