Most common 3BR layout. Open kitchen + great room, master on the Gulf, two guest suites. Strong rental performer.
East-end units with wraparound views; the most coveted 3BR floor plan in the building.

Watch-outs. HOA dues are higher than most peer buildings ($1,300–$2,400/mo depending on size) — but they include water, basic cable, internet, pest control, and the amenity package. The "01" and "16" stacks face slightly more parking-lot view than gulf-only stacks. Closing costs include the C/D-specific elevator capital fund.
Rental income. Top-performing 3BRs gross $110k–$150k/yr; 4BRs $140k–$200k+. After management (typically ~25–35% on-site or 18–25% off-site), HOA, taxes, insurance, and maintenance, net yields run 3-5% on equity for most buyers.
